The proposal for a tower of super homes is an invitation to reflect on the iconic building, the city of the future and the new ways of living in a sustainable community.

A site has been chosen for its construction within the Madrid Nuevo Norte urban plan. The Gauss Tower, with its 200m high, stands as a symbol of Madrid and as a significant icon of the future skyline. The plan gives special importance to sustainable public transport and mixed uses, presenting itself as an opportunity to experiment with new types and concepts of the city.

In this case, the project seeks not only to raise the home, but the city itself, thus promoting the feeling of community and interaction between users. It is, therefore, a declaration of intent on a new way of living and building the city.
