Conceived as a link between two significant parts of the city of Burgos, the proposal lies in what already exists, in the characteristics of the existing site.

The building is configured from the urban planning as a starting point, as well as the intentionality to work in the same way the vertical plane that composes the medians. Destined for both young people and artists, the transits take place through a large base of communication and artistic expression that surrounds the building and determines its volume.

Minimum rooms with large spaces of public coexistence and concurrence, are erected on a wide center of artistic expression or City Hub, which goes beyond the structural limits to disintegrate on the public road and infect it with expressiveness and art.
