The building is located in Bilbao, Zorroza, in a new urban development, in a new public square, the volume is visible from all directions. Horizontal and vertical tectonic elements underline the design: the concrete slabs extend beyond the boundary of the envelope and the cast iron columns emphasize and articulate the rhythm of the facades.

On the ground floor, the façade is recessed around the perimeter to form a double height gallery defined by the isolated iron columns, creating a protected area of ​​public access. The main entrance is located on the south facade and a double-height lobby opens onto the large central courtyard. The patio articulates the interior layout of the homes and offices on the upper floors, maximizing flexibility and accessibility.
